Job Responsibilities
Process invoices
Inventory with BIL
Data Entry
Preparation of daily bank deposit.
Receipt and handling of cash, check and EFT payments.
Applying/posting payments to customer accounts.
Tracking open A/R for a 2,000 plus customer base.
Open new accounts
Supplier bill backs for rebates and sampling
Assist CFO in special projects
Assist Route Reconciliation
Providing accounting support to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Must have basic accounting knowledge.
Proficient in Google Suite and Quickbooks.
Must be highly organized and able to function in a fast paced environment.
Have courteous and professional attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
$21 per hour (max of 45 hours per week)

Paid vacation time:

4-weeks (20 days) After 15 years of employment
Company pays 50% of uniforms up to $175 per year
