Position: Full-time Call Center Agent
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hrs Full time
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures

- Strong attendance and reliability
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day
