Gold Coast Cadillac is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-friendly Service Valet / Shuttle Driver to join our busy Service Department!
As one of New Jersey's premier Cadillac dealerships, we take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a motivated team player who enjoys working with people, staying active, and helping our service department operate efficiently.
This is a hands-on position that includes greeting customers, providing shuttle transportation, parking and moving vehicles, and running vehicles through our on-site automated car wash.
Job Responsibilities
- Service Valet: Greet service customers, assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups, and provide a welcoming dealership experience.
- Shuttle Driver: Safely transport service customers to and from their homes, offices, and other nearby destinations.
- Vehicle Parking: Move, park, and organize customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service parking areas.
- Car Wash: Drive vehicles through our on-site automated car wash and ensure they are ready for customer pickup.
- Vehicle Pickup & Delivery: Assist with local customer vehicle pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Service Department Support: Work closely with Service Advisors and other team members to keep vehicles moving efficiently throughout the service process.
- Lot Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive and parking area.
- Customer Service: Treat every customer and vehicle with care, courtesy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive and park a variety of vehicles
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to help wherever needed throughout the service department
- Previous dealership, valet, porter, or shuttle driving experience is a plus, but not required
