Gold Choice Senior Living Communities is seeking a motivated, personable, and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in senior living, healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations.
No prior senior living experience is required! We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Director with daily sales and marketing operations.
- Respond to prospective resident inquiries and conduct timely follow-up calls.
- Schedule community tours and coordinate appointments with prospective residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Assist with outreach initiatives to local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare referral partners.
- Support the planning and coordination of community marketing events and networking activities.
- Prepare marketing materials and assist with administrative sales tasks.
- Help ensure prospective residents and families receive a welcoming and professional experience throughout the inquiry process.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
