Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential real estate deals through door-to-door outreach and networking
• Build relationships with property owners, buyers, and other industry contacts
• Qualify leads to determine their potential for successful transactions
• Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to facilitate deal closing processes
• Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and deal progress
• Meet or exceed daily outreach goals to maximize deal opportunities
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to succeed in a commission-only role with no limits on earnings potential
• Reliable transportation for door-to-door outreach and client meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated beginners
