Overview
The Storeroom Coordinator/Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, issuing parts and materials, and maintaining an organized storeroom/oil room, to support maintenance and production operations. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely availability of parts, and effective tracking of materials to minimize downtime.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Hourly Pay Rate: $30.51
Duties
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming parts and materials against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/CMMS system
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points; notify purchasing of shortages
- Track usage trends and help optimize inventory levels
- Storeroom Operations:
- Issue parts, tools and supplies to maintenance and operations personnel
- Ensure proper labeling, storage and organization of all inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and standard layout of the storeroom (5S)
- Restock bulk oil systems and maintain Lubrication room inventory
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate w/ maintenance, purchasing and vendors to ensure part availability
- Expedite critical spare parts when needed to minimize downtime
- Assist with kitting of parts for planned work or shutdowns
- Support maintenance planning with accurate parts information
- Documentation
Pay: $30.51 per hour

Application Question(s):
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory system, or CMMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred exp (SAP, Fiix, Oracle, Maximo). Forklift certified or the ability to obtain certification, Familiarity w/ parts (bearings, motors, belts, etc).
