What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard position at Golani Security Services?
We're looking for a dependable, alert Security Guard to watch over our retail store overnight, working from closing time until we reopen in the morning. You'll keep an eye on the property, check that everything's locked down, and be ready to respond fast if anything comes up during the shift. It's a paid position that's perfect for someone who takes safety seriously and doesn't mind working the quiet hours to keep the store protected.
Duties
- Walk the property regularly throughout the night, checking doors, windows, and gates to make sure everything's secure
- Keep an eye on cameras and alarm systems, and respond right away if something looks off
- Watch for anyone trying to access the store or loitering around the property after hours
- Do a final walk-through and lock-check after closing, and make sure the store's ready to open safely in the morning
- Report anything unusual, damage, or maintenance issues to management
- Keep a log of your rounds and anything worth noting during the shift
- Call police or emergency services if there's a real incident, and stay on scene to assist until they arrive
- Stay alert and awake for the full shift, since you're the only one watching the place overnight
