Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong and visible security presence
- Monitor and control access points
- Conduct routine patrols (foot and/or vehicle)
- Respond rapidly to incidents and emergencies
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Write detailed incident reports
- Enforce safety protocols and property rules
- De-escalate situations professionally
Requirements
- Active Florida Class D & Class G Licenses
- Experience in armed security, military, or law enforcement (preferred)
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation & punctuality
