We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Product Master Data Management (MDM) to support a global Product MDM transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Product Master Data, Product Ownership, Agile/SAFe delivery, Business Analysis, Data Governance and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Product MDM backlog in Jira
- Define epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Gather and analyze business requirements across global teams
- Support product data models, hierarchies, attributes, classifications and lifecycle processes
- Drive data governance, data quality and data stewardship initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Data, Procurement, Supplier Management and UX teams
- Support PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives
- Define current-state and future-state business processes
- Support UAT, data migration, validation and release readiness
- Drive continuous improvement of Product MDM processes and user adoption
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years as Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong Product Master Data / MDM experience
- Experience with SKU, product attributes, hierarchies, classifications and lifecycle data
- Hands-on Jira backlog management
- Strong user story and acceptance criteria experience
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe / Hybrid Agile experience
- Business analysis and process mapping experience
- Data Governance / Data Quality / Data Stewardship experience
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management

- SAP / Oracle / Informatica MDM / Reltio
- PIM / PLM / Product Data Hub
- Procurement / Supplier Data / Supply Chain
- UX / User Research / Human-Centered Design
- SAFe PO/PM or CSPO certification
- PI Planning / ART ceremony experience
- Data modeling, lineage and metadata management
