Warehouse Associate (Fri-Sun Shift) - Weekly Pay

This role is part time and will work approximately 30 hours a week, Friday-SundayGojob is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate for a fashion warehouse located in Groveport, OH. We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented person. You will be responsible for packing and shipping of customer orders as well as receiving shipment and issuing returns/refund.As a Gojobber, you will enjoy weekly pay, excellent communication from recruiters, the opportunity to build a career, health insurance and more!Responsibilities:Supports all aspects of day-to-day inventory processes including, but not limited to receiving and processing shipment, fulfilling orders, and receiving and processing returns.Quickly and correctly fulfill orders in line with efficiency and qualityKeep all inventory areas organized and follow the company’s proceduresUse all provided inventory management tools and softwareCoordinate with other teams to schedule gifting programs and organize product samples for photo shoots.Work closely with others, including third parties, for troubleshooting anything related to inventory and fulfillment.Qualifications:1 year experience in inventory management, including work in an office environment preferredAbility to work with a high sense of urgency and integrityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift between 15 and 50 pounds at a time, to stand for long periods of time, and to frequently push/pull, walk, and occasionally bend, stop, crawl or reach above shoulders or to kneel.Comfortable receiving, growing from, and giving feedbackCan thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, including pitching in to support other persons and teamsA positive, can-do attitudeAbility to cultivate a culture of inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to workAbility to work a flexible scheduleAbility to learn and correctly utilize our company’s systems and softwaresProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office including ExcelAt Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
