The Channel Partner Marketing Associate will work collaboratively and cross-functionally in the development and execution of innovative and engaging marketing strategies, programs, and digital content. This role works with our distribution partners in our B2B business; previous distribution partner experience is helpful.
This role is a mix of support and execution and will report to the Channel Partner Marketing Manager.
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally to create and execute channel and market specific programs aligned to key objectives and enterprise initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create marketing communications and educational materials (e.g. brochures, newsletters, training content and programs).
- Support the development of marketing tools or programs for industry and market-specific trade shows or promotional events.
- Ensures consistency in content, support tools, communications and messaging aligned with GOJO brand standards and legal and regulatory guidance.
- Gather insights to track marketing campaigns for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Support the development and syndication of basic and enhanced ecommerce product content.
- Collaborate with GOJO sellers to create and present training to distributor sales reps and attend Key Supplier Partner events.
- Collaborate with Corporate Account Directors to provide marketing support for key end user accounts.
- Operates with a sense of purpose and urgency (when necessary); Demonstrates flawless execution and consistent follow-through.
- Through the ability to listen, learn and understand the perspectives of others quickly turn insights into action.
- BA, BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
- Two (2) or more years in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline
- Experience working with distribution a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and advisory skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with all MS Office products and CRM expected
- Leads project teams
- Coordinates activities to produce marketing communications, collateral and training and promotional materials
- Does not supervise other GOJO team members
