- Proven history of success: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role.
What we require:
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred). If you're not already licensed, we will provide you with the guidance needed to become licensed within the 14-day deadline (licensing and training material costs will be reimbursed after successfully completing our training program).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: As well as a desire to interact with our potential customers and solve their individual needs.
- 1 year of sales experience (required) - We are looking for people who have previous sales experience. We are looking for those who know how to close and build relationships with their clients.
- Software and Equipment: (Remote) High-speed internet, a reliable computer, and a headset with a microphone
What we provide:
- No Cap On Income: Average agents make $75K their first year. Great Agents make $150K their first year. We pay renewals, meaning that you will be paid for the business your write for years to come.
- Software and Equipment: We will provide the software and equipment required to execute phone calls (in the office).
