About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team! In this
role, you’ll help keep our warehouse and sales teams running smoothly by managing inventory
levels, receiving shipments, issuing products to end users, and maintaining accurate records in
our inventory management system. Supplying multiple live stream sales channels with product,
this position will require coordination and collaboration across departments, continuous
process improvement, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming orders
Count and maintain accurate inventory levels
Maintain master product data in the inventory management system
Issue products and supplies to end users
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Support general warehouse operations including stocking, organizing, and cleaning
Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work on a cross-functional team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic math and computer/data entry skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using an inventory management system
Basic understanding of the order fulfillment process
Prior experience in stocking, merchandising, or warehouse support
Knowledge of cards, collectibles, or pop culture
