- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Organize and maintain business documents, templates, and internal systems
- Assist with workflow creation, process documentation, and task tracking
- Help manage timelines and ensure follow-through on projects
- Use Notion or Xtiles for organization and project management
CRM & Tools
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM
- Use Slack and Google Workspace for communication and operations
- Learn and implement AI tools to support workflow efficiency
- Support operational structure for programs, classes, courses, and live events
- Assist with coordination of community initiatives
- Communication & Accountability
- Provide regular updates and track progress on tasks
- Participate in biweekly virtual check-in
- Strong organization and attention to detail
