What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Associate position at Goin' Postal of Jacksonville, NC?
- Seeking an outgoing and energetic individual with demonstrated customer service skills to work in a fun but challenging environment at a small, hometown business.
- Job includes selling shipping supplies and shipping services, packing customer shipments, making custom boxes, helping customers select the correct shipping service for their needs, and providing office services such as copying, faxing, taking passport photos, etc.
- No experience in packing/shipping/postal services needed but must be able and willing to learn new skills and memorize a lot of information.
- Applicants must be able to work at least 3 days/week and two Saturdays/month. We are closed Sundays.
- This is a part-time job for ~20 hours/week. Quality team members will have the opportunity for 30 hrs/week after 3 months.
