Job description
GoHypersonic Incorporated (GHI) is seeking a self-reliant engineer with a background in electrical engineering; guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) sub-systems; and/or aerospace systems. Engineering responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, fabricating, and performing HW/SW in-the-loop testing of GNC components and sub-systems for hypersonic flight vehicles. Desire someone with ability to perform dispersion analyses and Monte Carlo simulations and analyses.

Experience
B.S. with 5 years' experience
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, either in electrical, computer, software, or systems engineering or equivalent, with 5 or more years directly applicable technical experience, ideally from the space launch or missile industries, in the following areas:
· System design: GNC and Control systems - motion and finite state machine types, real time operating systems for micro-controllers, Internet-of-Things – data collection.
· Design software: LTspice or OrCAD, Xilinx Vivado, Xilinx Vitis, Altium or equivalent
· Simulation: Simulink, dSPACE, National Instruments
· Algorithms/Filters: AHRS, Kalman and variants
· Electronic components: RF, EO, and IR Seekers/Sensors, GPS, IMUs, Actuators.
· Fault Detection, Management, and Control.
· Programming languages: C - programming microcontrollers, Python 3 – data processing on PC, VHDL or Verilog – programming FPGA. MATLAB/Simulink – simulation
· Networking technology: TCP/IP or UDP, CAN, RS232, RS485, RS422, WiFi, Bluetooth.
· Navigation and orientation technologies.
· Design and conduct testing: validation of components and systems.
· Technical Writing: reports, proposals, user application manuals.
· Ability to communicate technical matters verbally and in writing.

· Circuit design (schematic and PCB)
