Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring our ingredients are prepared with care and our kitchen remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, tools, and kitchen equipment
- Prepare and portion ingredients as directed by the chef (vegetables, sauces, proteins, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assist with food storage and inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team with any additional prep or cleaning tasks
