About this role
The Marketing Campaign Manager will own campaign operations and execution across multiple areas of the business, including:
- Subscription marketing
- E-commerce marketing
- Product launches
- Seasonal initiatives
- Partnerships and promotions
This person will act as the connective tissue between creative, growth, content, product, and leadership teams.
You’ll help build the systems, workflows, and operational cadence that allow the marketing team to scale.
What you'll do
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Build and manage campaign and launch calendars
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Build and launch campaigns across owned and operated channels
- Ensure projects move on schedule and stakeholders stay aligned
- Help turn strategic priorities into executable plans
Marketing Operations
- Conduct quarterly planning meetings with business stakeholders
- Spearhead campaign development with relevant stakeholders
- Own and maintain project management systems
- Build repeatable workflows, templates, and SOPs
Reporting & Communication
- Run recurring marketing meetings and follow-ups
- Conduct post-hoc campaign analysis and apply to future ideas and execution.
- Help leadership maintain visibility into priorities and timelines

Experience
- 2–5 years in marketing, campaign management, project management, or marketing operations
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and production timelines
- Familiarity with content, e-commerce, and growth marketing environments
- Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.

- Willingness to build your own schedule and work on tasks.
Position Details
- 40 hours a week
- Candidate reports directly to the Director of Marketing
- Candidate must be in Las Vegas, Nevada, or be willing to relocate
- Salary determined based on experience
