Gohld Renovations is looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter / remodeler for residential remodeling projects. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and treats customers’ homes with respect.
Responsibilities
- Framing and general carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Finish carpentry, trim, and molding installation
- Window and door installation
- Insulation and demolition
- Light plumbing and electrical work within your qualifications
- Material pickup and transport as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site
Requirements
- Previous carpentry and residential remodeling experience
- Must supply all tools needed to complete the work
- Reliable transportation and a vehicle capable of transporting tools and building materials
- Ability to work independently and alongside others
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and good communication
- Background check required
Compensation and Growth
Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills. Work starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time W-2 position as workload and business needs allow.
