The position of Outbound Client Service Representative is an important one with our company. The Outbound Client Service Representative (CSR) proactively makes calls to our existing clients to schedule service. Anyone performing in this capacity must have the verbal skills and professionalism that will allow for effective communication with the client over the phone. This position is at the GoHero Home Service Office.
Previous Call Center experience preferred!
Compensation
Part time position. 5.5 hours a day M-F, compensation starts at $15 per hour.
Specific Job Duties
- Assist our clients with a Great attitude
- Follow the provided professional scripts
- Follow the call-booking process
- Perform necessary computer functions
Requirements

- Ability to follow a script
- Ability to be on time every day on location at GoHero Home Services office
Schedule
- Mon - Fri
- Either 9am to 230pm, or 10am to 330pm, some variance may exist due to shift coverage and availability
