We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based assignment serving the Medford area during the 2026–2027 school year. Assignment Details
- Location: Roseburg / Medford Area
- Contract Length: 43 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
- Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,240
- Weekly Stipend: $950
- Weekly Blended Pay: $2,190
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students’ mobility, strength, and functional independence goals
Requirements
- Active Oregon PT License (or eligibility)
- Relevant physical therapy experience required
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
