How will you make a difference?
- Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration
- Provide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipment
- Communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changes
- Create & maintain user guides
- Support sales team with customer opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in Aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
- ~10% travel required
- Proven strong customer service and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment
- Familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications, desired
- Has worked with satellite communications, desired
- Knowledge of aircraft avionics, desired
- Pilots license (private or better) preferred
