Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP are looking for a Closer for our Buckhead office. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3 years Residential Real Estate experience required
- Experience preparing closing disclosures (CD) required
- Strong work ethic with positive, upbeat attitude
- Exceptional client service skills
- Knowledge or experience with preclosing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to changing conditions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience or knowledge of Qualia
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
