We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think quickly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to customers over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and provide accurate information.
