We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Receive customer calls
- Take customer orders over the phone & sales counter
- Help pull customer orders
- Stock and organize show room stock and displays
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Understanding of fasteners and tools is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
Salary : $15 - $18
