Qualifications

- Operational skills in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control to manage parts flow, track stock levels, and coordinate timely shipment of warranty and replacement components.
- Hands-on proficiency in Forklift Operation (or willingness to obtain certification) to safely handle and move parts, materials, and finished products in the warehouse.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read or interpret product information, drawings, or specifications to accurately identify parts and troubleshoot basic product issues.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and business software (e.g., ERP/CRM, email, spreadsheets) and strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Previous experience in warranty support, parts coordination, industrial products, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
