Personal Injury Paralegal – Pre-Litigation

What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement
- Conduct client intakes and build strong, supportive relationships
- Collect and analyze medical records, police reports, and other key documents
- Draft demand packages and settlement documents
- Coordinate medical treatment and track client progress
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and preparation
- Maintain organized case files using cutting-edge case management systems
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and personal injury procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with legal software and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who thrives in a team setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
Bonus Points For:
- 3 year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with FileVine, Clio, or Needles
