Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff’s Personal Injury

What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of a high-volume caseload and guide clients from intake through settlement
- Be the first point of contact—conduct client intakes and build strong, supportive relationships
- Collect and analyze medical records, police reports, and other key documents
- Draft demand package and settlement documents
- Coordinate medical treatment and track client progress
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and preparation
- Keep case files organized and up-to-date using our cutting-edge case management system
What You Bring to the Table:
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and personal injury procedures
- Top-notch communication skills—both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with legal software and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who can also shine in a team setting
- Master of multitasking and time management
Bonus Points For:
- 3 year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
- Familiarity with FileVine, Clio, or Needles
