Marketing Director & Customer Relations
Goff Investment Group is an independent Wealth Management Firm located in Edina, MN. We have a Full-time opportunity for a Marketing Director and Client Relations Associates that are reliable, organized and efficient individuals with 5 years’ experience to join our team.
We are looking for a person with the ability to work with a team and independently being able to establish priorities. Also, with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and respond quickly, highly organized, with absolute attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities and excellent research abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Services: Answering client inquiries, providing support, and managing client relationships. Delivering exceptional client service as well as resolving issues, scheduling client meetings and communicating efficiently with the clientele and the team. Processing trades, preparing account paperwork, maintaining client records, and other clerical duties. Providing administrative support for daily business.
· Sales & Marketing Support: Assisting the group with presentations, research, and coordinating sales efforts. Assisting with social media, seminars, events and marketing projects and planning. Also work with sponsorships and non-profit involvements. Assemble materials for client review meetings.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all activities and documentation adhere to financial regulations and company policies. Comply with branch and firm policies and procedures.
· Financial Industry Knowledge: Proficiency with financial products, account types, investment transactions, and financial terminology. Work to ensure data integrity in all databases.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential for effective client and team collaboration.
· Technical Proficiency: Standard office suites (Microsoft Office). Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Social Media experience. Strong PC skills with the ability to learn new applications.
· Compensation: Will be based on experience.
