Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician
Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically driven electrical professional who enjoys working with industrial equipment. As a key member of engineering, you will diagnose, design, and support electrical systems for both new and existing machinery. You’ll collaborate with shop technicians, engineering, and sales teams.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical design work using AutoCAD
- Create Bill of Materials based on design
- Support PLCs, drives, motors, and associated control systems
- Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
- Assist with machine wiring, assembly, and complex electrical builds
- Support work order review, parts coordination, and supply organization
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams on machine specifications and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Candidates with 3–5 years of proven industry experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or automation may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Experience in shot blasting, foundry, or heavy engineering is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered for technician positions.
Technical Skills
· Knowledge of industrial electrical systems (460V/230V AC and 24V DC control circuits).
· Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.).
· Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters, and motor control circuits.
· Ability to create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
· Knowledge of industrial sensors, limit switches, proximity sensors, encoders, and safety devices.
· Hands-on experience with control panel wiring and machine commissioning.
· Understanding of electrical safety standards
