Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing Equipment)
Location: Seminole, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seminole, Oklahoma. This role blends inside sales and customer support, working closely with customers who need equipment guidance and replacement parts for abrasive blast cleaning machines. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and like working with people, this is a great opportunity to grow in a specialized manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Assist customers with identifying and ordering replacement parts
- Support sales of manufacturing and foundry capital equipment
- Build strong relationships with customers and sales representatives
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide professional, timely, and helpful communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude (experience in manufacturing or equipment sales is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Energetic, personable, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer proficiency
