Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with fellow employees to open, process and package cotton fiber products.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs and maintenance during the course of production.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines, ensuring smooth workflow throughout production shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
