At AR's Entertainment Hub, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

Party Hosts are expected to:

• Represent AR's Entertainment Hub by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the venue’s high standards.
• Communicate and enforce all regulations and rules in a personable and professional manner.
• Attend ALL scheduled staff meetings.
• Remain enthusiastic and energetic at all times.
• Greet all parties by name.
• Enthusiastically greet any special member of the party who is celebrating a birthday or other special event.
• Ensure that they have reviewed the proper paperwork for all parties he or she is hosting.
• Inspect and clean the party area to ensure they are spotless and tables are set up and ready to go.
• Have cleaning materials ready for the next party set-up.
• Present the cupcakes/cake with lit candles and singing.
• Clear all dirty dishes, silverware and napkins from the guest’s table.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards. (Our Standards are High!!!)
• Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of High school Diploma.
• Prior food and beverage, customer service, or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset. EVERY Guest is our VIP.
• Teamwork is a must!
• Bilingual
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• TABC Certified and Food Handlers or the ability to obtain certification within 5 days of hiring.
• Must work on Weekends and some days and or nights based on availability.
