COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Goepfert Speech Associates (a private practice) is now hiring part-time Speech and Language Pathologists for IN-OFFICE services. There is the potential to move to full-time (with benefits) as the practice grows. Immediate Availability.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should be proficient, Certified (CCC) and PA State Licensed Speech and Language Pathologists having experience working with pediatric and adult populations. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are needed. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Evaluate, diagnose and treat. Client caseload varies, and may include preschool children (2 to 5 yrs.), school-aged children (6 to 18 yrs.), and adults with the following diagnoses/disorders:
Speech Articulation (Phonologic), Receptive and Expressive Language, Language Processing, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social/Pragmatic Language, Fluency (Stuttering), Voice, Transgender Voice, Accent Modification, Aphasia, Apraxia, Dysarthria, and Cognitive Linguistic Skills.
Ideally, candidates could be available any of the following (flexible hours, during the daytime and/or evening for 2 to 3 days per week):
1. After-School: all or any portions of 3:30 pm to 7:00pm.
2. Any late morning to early afternoon time.
This position would be ideal for someone who is interested in supplementing a full-time position, is retired, semi-retired or is home with children and wishes to stay connected to the profession by working part-time.
