Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and profit targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth within accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand each client’s unique business challenges and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Create and implement account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to align GoEngineer solutions with their strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with GoEngineer solutions and services.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in NetSuite.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of sales experience in Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Computer Software industry.
- Sales experience with CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS, is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
Competitive Compensation
- Base pay of $50,000-$55,000 with anticipated OTE $100,000
- Unlimited PTO program starting day one.
