- Conduct ongoing discovery to understand clients’ goals, values, family dynamics, and evolving financial needs.
- Lead regular review meetings, ensuring clients remain informed and confident in their financial strategy.
Financial Planning & Advisory
Develop and implement customized, holistic financial plans covering:
- Investment strategy and asset allocation
- Retirement planning
- Tax‑efficient wealth strategies
- Estate and legacy planning
- Risk management and insurance needs
- Philanthropic and charitable giving strategies
- Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners (CPAs, attorneys, estate planners) to deliver integrated solutions.
Investment Management
- Construct and monitor tailored investment portfolios aligned with clients’ objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Provide ongoing portfolio analysis, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities relevant to HNW clients.
Client Service & Operational Excellence
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests, transactions, and documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records and adhere to compliance, regulatory, and fiduciary standards.
- Partner with client service associates to deliver a seamless, high‑touch client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional designations are strongly preferred (CFP®, CFA®, CPWA®, ChFC®, or similar).
- 5-10 years of experience advising high‑net‑worth clients within wealth management, private banking, or financial planning.
- Deep knowledge of investment strategies, tax‑efficient planning, estate planning concepts, and multi‑generational wealth issues.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex client situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
