Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, appearance, and overall appeal of our communities. This position ensures that our properties remain well-kept, safe, and desirable for current and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, respectful customer service
- Support resident retention through timely, quality maintenance
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors
- Maintain both commercial and residential buildings
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
- Painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds keeping
- Appliance installation and repair
- Drywall installation and repair
- Hauling and miscellaneous upkeep
- Participate in rotating on-call duties, including some weekends
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and dependable time management
- Solid interpersonal communication abilities
- Proven work ethic and a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Must provide own tools
- Comfortable working at high elevations
- Truck preferred
- Previous multi-family maintenance experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
