Job Title: Custodian Level (1)

Reporting Relationship: Manager of Custodial
Status: Full-time/Hourly/Non-Exempt
Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour plus, bonus program, insurance and 401K benefits!
Summary of Duties: Performs housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, rest rooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition. Removes trash from offices and other areas of the park. Replenishes soap, tissue containers and restocking of supplies. Performs related tasks. May assist other service personnel with minor repairs. Will maintain an acceptable level of sanitary expectations and meet applicable standards pertaining to guest requirements.
Primary Duties:
- Cleaning of restrooms, picnic tables, guest accessible areas, break rooms, and walkways
- Restocking of supplies
- Removal of trash
- Providing coverage of morning and afternoon shifts
- Response to MSDS and Hazard Material (Bio) complaints
- General cleaning of windows, trashcans, etc.
- Miscellaneous plumbing work and repairs
- Providing coverage on Holidays
- Assists with special events
- Performs other duties as requested
Education, Experience, Specialized Skills, and Knowledge Requirements: Current Florida driver license preferred. Read and write English is preferred. Basic understanding of plumbing. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Must be willing to work in inclement weather. Ability to open and close. Work rotational schedule to include weekends and holidays.
