Metal Fabricator – Fabrication Department

We are looking for a motivated, reliable Metal Fabricator to join our Fabrication Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long‑term career in metal fabrication. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the fabrication of metal components and assemblies
- Operate and support fabrication equipment such as:
- Press brakes
- Plasma cutting machines
- Metal saws
- Metal shears
- Measure, cut, and handle metal materials accurately
- Read and use a tape measure from memory
- Support team members throughout the fabrication area as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and the ability to be on time every day
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move metal components safely
- Basic mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (fabrication experience is a plus, but not required)

- This position requires consistent, on-time attendance for every scheduled shift. The standard work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, plus overtime as required to meet business needs. Tardiness and excessive absences are not acceptable. Can you meet this requirement? Yes or No?
