As a Final Preparation Technician, you’ll be hands-on with the last critical details before delivery. This is where pride in your work really shows.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean, detail, and touch up completed truck bodies before final inspection and shipment
- Install decals, apply labels, and ensure all branding and safety markings are in place
- Install brackets and covers over equipment.
- Double-check fit, finish, and functionality of doors, lights, and hardware
- Communicate with inspection and QC teams to resolve last-minute issues
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and pride in producing clean, finished work
- Experience with hand tools, cleaning products, and finishing processes (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
