Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, property managers, and other key stakeholders.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in elevator technology. Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator industry. In-depth knowledge of elevator systems is required. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening. Reliable transportation for local travel within Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
