What your future day will look like:
- Lead production operations for facility in Union, S.C.
- Participate in process improvement projects and Kaizen events
- Mentor and train of new production associates
- Promote/encourage high performance & positive culture
- Work with multiple internal departments ensuring company production goals are met
- Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the facility

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree in a related field is highly preferred
- 3 years of manufacturing/production leadership experience
- Bilingual skillset (English/Spanish) will be a huge plus!
- Prior experience in the Textiles Industry will be a huge plus!
- Strong understanding of production operations and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
