Customer Account Manager

Salary: $45K - $50K

• What your future day will look like:Oversee assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order process, from order entry through final delivery and follow-up support.
• Act as the primary contact for customers by providing updates, answering questions, and resolving account-related concerns.
• Review and process orders while verifying pricing, inventory, shipping details, and customer-specific requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and external business partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account compliance requirements, customer portals, routing guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist with reporting, returns, credits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.

Type: Direct Hire

• To be a champion in this role, you will need:Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• 3 years of customer service/account management (for large national retailers), logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.
