About the Role
As a Precision Ag Equipment & Seed Sales Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor farmers rely on for seed placement, in-field technology solutions, and crop performance insights. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role built around helping customers improve ROI and adopt practical, profitable precision practices.
What You'll Do
Grow precision equipment sales (GPS/RTK, displays, sensors, rate controllers, connectivity).
Drive seed sales with confident hybrid/variety recommendations and placement strategies.
Support customers with setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of precision systems.
Build VRT prescriptions for seeding and fertility.
Conduct regular on-farm visits, demos, and post-harvest performance reviews.
Develop trusted customer relationships.
What You Bring
Experience in precision ag, seed sales, agronomy, or ag equipment support preferred.
Strong communication skills and genuine customer-first mindset.
Ability to explain and troubleshoot farm technology.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own territory.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
