Duties
- Measure and cut window tint film accurately to fit different vehicle models using specialized tools and templates
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing old tint or debris to ensure optimal adhesion
- Install window tint film smoothly onto vehicle windows, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections
- Use power tools and hand tools safely to trim, shape, and secure tint film as needed
- Inspect finished work for quality control, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer expectations
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass replacement, auto body repairs, or assembly when required
- Maintain a clean work area, organize tools and materials efficiently, and follow safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in auto glass installation, window tinting, or automotive repair is highly preferred
- Dealership experience or familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts or equipment safely during installation or repair tasks
- Knowledge of auto body repair, auto estimating, vehicle maintenance, and detailing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for precision in measurements and finishes
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain procedures clearly
