As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming new patients and creating a comfortable, friendly environment.
- Assisting the doctor during patient exams to record findings, photos, x-rays, and digital scans.
- Guiding patients through the orthodontic process from their first visit to starting treatment.
- Presenting and discussing treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients.
- Explaining orthodontic treatment and financial contracts in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Following up with pending patients to clarify any questions.
- Organizing and tracking patient data.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and patient experience.
- Maintaining accurate patient records within the practice management software.
- Providing regular reports to the doctor and/or office manager.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, text, or in-person communication.
Requirements
- Radiology license.
- Dental experience: 1 year
- Customer Service experience: 1 year
- Sales experience: 1 year
- Administrative experience: 1 year
- Strong computer skills.
- Accurate with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental and orthodontic terminology.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
