As our Scheduling and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Creating an amazing first impression and daily experience for all patients.
- Answering practice phone calls.
- Communicating clearly, politely and professionally.
- Checking patients in for their scheduled appointments.
- Verifying patient paperwork.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Helping maintain a balanced patient schedule.
- Calling dental offices to obtain patient records and correspondence.
- Assist with various confirmation calls.
- Daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and social media posts with a cohesive message.
- Assist in planning practice team and marketing events.
- Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Willingness to provide team and administrative support.
The role of the scheduling coordinator is to provide a lasting impression for patients both over the phone and in person.
Required experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
Hours:
- Mondays (8:30-4:00)
- Tuesdays (8:15-5:00)
- Thursdays - (8:30-4:00) flexible to do every other Thursday
- Wednesdays (8:15-5:00)
- Fridays (8:15-2:00)
