What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at GoDigital?
Job Title: Data Analyst
Classification: Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Location: Colombia / Bogota
About The Company
Cinq Music is a music company that works across distribution, marketing, record label services, publishing, rights management, and owned catalogs. We release and market music for artists and labels around the world, manage and monetize rights across digital platforms, and acquire and operate music catalogs as long‑term investments. Our work involves tracking performance across streaming, social, and revenue channels, using data to understand how music is consumed and how releases and catalogs perform over time. Our team supports both active releases and an expanding portfolio of owned catalogs by turning performance data into clear insights that inform planning, marketing, and long‑term strategy.
About The Role
The Data Analyst is the intelligence engine behind our artist and campaign performance. You'll own the monitoring of all streaming, social, and paid media data sources - surfacing trends, diagnosing anomalies, and delivering actionable insights that allow marketing and A&R teams to make proactive, data-driven decisions rather than reactive ones.
What Success Looks Like
Marketing acts proactively, not reactively. The team uses your insights to shape and adapt campaigns in real time - not scramble to explain a spike or a dip after the fact.
Data is always on. You build and maintain dashboards that give anyone in the business - from marketing to label relations to the executive team - a clear, up-to-date view of artist and asset performance at any time, without needing to come to you for a one-off pull.
Anomalies don't go unnoticed. Issues like bot activity, playlist drop-offs, or underperforming ad sets are caught and escalated early, with context and a recommended course of action.
Campaigns get smarter over time. Release retrospectives and scoring models feed learnings back into planning, so each campaign benefits from the last.
