- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching, and training

- Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
- Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
- Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy

- Leading one of the beast teams in town ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attendance is important because your are a vital part of our team
- A college degree is preferred, but not required
- You’ll need basic math skills
- Valid Driver's License
- There will be times when you may have to do some heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred
- Some positions (and locations) may require you to get a food handler permit; don’t worry – we cover the cost.
