Responsibilities:

- Understand and be able to adhere to age-appropriate classroom rules.
- Be knowledgeable about child development and the learning process.
- Communicate with parents regularly to ensure that they are informed about their child's progress.
- Help students learn to solve conflicts peacefully and collaboratively.
- Be able to work under stress, have good time management skills, and be organized.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Display empathy toward students and co-workers; relate well with students and families.
